Same place (case 053), different car.

I just realised that that parking slot is for handicapped people only and Cat's Queen said that that guy is clearly not handicapped.

Again it's facing in the wrong direction but this one tops case 053 because it took 2 slots. Wrong direction, 2 slots, handicapped parking area... Maybe he is handicapped.. a blind one.
