Hospital RIPAS didn't use to charge people for parking in the basement, but since that has started this is what happened next.

Just to save a couple of bucks people would rather have their car parked at the walk way, making people walk on the road which is probably not a good idea. The only good thing I can see is that if accidents do happen because of this, its near the hospital, which would probably take the ambulance 15 minutes to get there because (altogether everyone...) PI is blocking the road to save a couple of bucks...

Be considerate everybody. Don't park like this.

    just to shed some light on this photo, which not necessarily defending this driver. I was aware that the photo was taken around 2 pm and 9 November was a Thursday. Tell u what, around that time and on that day (which the next day is a public holiday), do u have any idea how hard it can get to find a parking spot? Even at the paying parking area could get so full and at the same time, there would be many drivers, waiting for one of the cars to move out. I have to admit many Brunei drivers are reckless and inconsiderate but there are few out there who have to park in such a manner due to some logical reason. And this is RIPAS hospital you are focusing on, notorious for its lack of parking space, tsk..tsk..
