I know there are limited amount of free parking spaces in and around Centrepoint Gadong or any other ARH (Abdul Razak Holdings) buildings, well thats the strategy for any businessman to lure shoppers to utilise the pay basement parking spaces of which only costs a mere BND2.00 per entry.

Parking a car as the photo above is not worth to be criticised, so many times already happened lo.... or maybe the PI here is just another plain PI*yawn*...
