We understand your concern that people are parking like this by the main road but you did mentioned that the police was there to control the situation.

The Police were there to waving at people U-turning in front of Maktab Sains. They only turned up at 7pm. I drove down the same stretech of road at 530pm and the situation was the same without the Police. Maybe I should have just taken the photo earlier?
