At such an early hour, considering the time of which this picture was taken is true, this PI has no excuse whatsoever to park like that.
Atu palui banar. I can't think of any other word to describe it other than palui. Which really just means idiotic, with a bit more spit.

yatah kn Butters. i call it 'memajal' cause for one thing i knw dat d driver always park his car d sana. n ppl who park adjacent to it yg payah kluar coz it was blocking. mun basar area atu nda jua org kusut. tau udah d ubd atu very sampit lakat jua ia d sana. kn mau shade atu kali.
