We weren't too sure about this one.. and Gnul's got me confused as well. He wrote..
"Bro.. is this dude parked on the parking lot? Do u tink so? Naaaaaaaaaaaahh!!!..."
What got me confused was that there is a line and an arrow. And there's that trolley again. Was he talking about the trolley?
Well there are a lot more PIs in the background. I guess from this view, you can see most of them.

*edited* I have been sent by YPI Management to investigate this case, the findings are, only the left side of the road is the parking spaces, thus confirming the Merc is a PI, it parked at the route/lane to the exit gate.
