What happened here? No matter what the circumstances are, it's a no-no leaving a car abondoned like that, especially at the roundabout, an accident just waiting to happen.

    And uhh there is a secondary school there, just a little bit behind of the car (at the spot where the picture was taken), and since it was taken at 12pm, I assumed that the car owner was waiting for the children to came out from the school (at 12.35pm).

    But then its a little idiotic to park at the roundabout as to my concern, at 12pm the waiting spaces outside the gate are usually not so much occupied yet. I guess the person wanted some quick exit from the area as congestion will occurs at 12.35 pm onwards.
