I call this blind PI..

I got these at the Mall over the weekend. Strangely that day there were quite a few PI around parked this way. There was one Volvo which actually was parked way over the line that it nearly took over half of the space behind her. Unfortunately I did not get a chance to take pic due to the owner of the car actually comin over to her car just as I was abt to get my fone ready to take pic. So as you can see from the last photo I had to park my car (edited to protect SurFer) at the adjacent space behind this PI as my car has quite a long wheelbase!!!
