".....i know this is not a good picture. i apologize for that. i was in a rush to take the snapshot. this was taken at the RIPAS hospital. there's a no parking sign but still they chose to park there. the car BJXXX is not a parking idiot, the car was moving in front of my car. hee apologies to that car =)....."

hehe the YPI sign is blocking the 'no parking' sign. =)
