Trina helped herself by labeling these PIs for us. The first one is what I hate most.. Cars parked in the middle (well maybe not so in the middle but still is annoying) of the road. This one however, we're not really sure if its a PI or not because we can't tell from the photo if someone is in the car. Its only annoying (for me) if they just left it there and cars parked beside it can't get out.

The second one is funny especially that black car. Sheesh!! Its a wonder how some people can't see a parking spot even when its right in front of them.
